1. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service Performance: The product or service did not perform as described in our marketing materials or user documentation.
- Technical Issues: A technical issue that could not be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: Incorrect or duplicate billing occurred.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Timeframe: Contact support@brankovich.net within 30 days of your purchase.
- Required Information: Provide transaction details (including transaction ID and date of purchase) and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service Usage: This refers to whether the service has been utilized in full or in part, such as the launch of any phishing simulations or access to training materials, contingent upon the condition that the product functions as outlined in our marketing materials or user documentation.
- Issues Beyond Control: If the issue is due to factors outside of our control, such as user error, third-party software conflicts, or if the user failed to follow provided instructions.
