By accessing and using the PhishAware platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.
1. User Registration and Account Management

To use PhishAware, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
1.2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you represent a company, you must have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the company.
1.3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account is compromised, notify us immediately at support@brankovich.net.
2. Usage of PhishAware Services

PhishAware grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose of phishing simulation and security awareness training.
2.2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use PhishAware to:
- Access the platform without authorization.
- Exploit or interfere with the platform.
- Introduce malicious software or engage in unlawful activities.
2.3. Termination
PhishAware may terminate your account for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and no refunds will be issued unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
3.1. Pricing and Payment
Prices for PhishAware services are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Payments must be made in full using approved payment methods.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
PhishAware reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the updated terms on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
